Richard Okorogheye: Police find body in search for missing student

Police searching for missing student Richard Okorogheye, 19, have found the body of a man in Epping Forest, Essex.

The Metropolitan Police said it had been told by partners in Essex that the body was found in a lake in the forest. Requests are in progress to distinguish the body. Scotland Yard added that Mr Okorogheye’s family have been educated and are being upheld by extraordinarily prepared officials. The Oxford Brookes understudy, who has sickle cell illness, had not been seen by his family since 22 March, when he left their home in the Ladbroke Grove region of west London. Police said he at that point took a taxi to a private road in Loughton, Essex, where he was most recently seen on CCTV in the early hours of the next day, strolling towards Epping Forest. The power recently said Mr Okorogheye’s telephone had not been being used since his vanishing. He didn’t take his medicine or any cash when he ventured out from home. Officials and police canines were scanning the woods for a fifth day when they made the disclosure on Monday evening. Mr Okorogheye’s mom, Evidence Joel, recently said her child had been “battling to adapt” with his business and IT degree.
